The 20X provides a Growth Clarity Review — an advisory consultation designed to help business owners identify what is holding back growth, what to fix first, and what to avoid spending on. The review is advisory in nature and does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Execution of recommendations is not included and may be referred to a sister concern only if requested.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While our recommendations are based on experience and careful analysis, business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, execution quality, and internal team capability. We do not guarantee any specific result from following our advice.

3. Application and Selection

Not all applications are accepted. We review each application to determine whether the business is a good fit for a Growth Clarity Review. Submitting an application does not create any obligation for either party. We reserve the right to decline any application.

4. Fees and Payments

The fee for the Growth Clarity Review is disclosed after your application is accepted. Payment is required before the review session is scheduled. Fees are non-refundable once the review has been conducted, as the time and analysis have been fully delivered.

5. Intellectual Property
